Martin Clunes was interviewed in Johannesburg by lifestyle guru Jenny CrwysWilliams as part of an ITV showcase about its growing audience in South Africa. During the interview, Martin spoke about Season 8 of “Doc Martin.”

  2. It has to be filmed, first. Filming is slated to start early next Spring in Cornwall, should wrap up in June or July, and the finished product will likely arrive in the States in early 2018. You might also be able to catch it starting in October of 2017 on Acorn Online (not sure, but that’s what happened with the last series).
