“Farewell Doc Martin,” an hour-long look behind the curtain of the show, will air on December 29 in the UK. I am not sure when/if it will air in the United States. Nevertheless, the Dorset Live story is interesting.

Hi John, I received a call from an assistant producer early in the year asking if I was coming over to Port Isaac for the filming. It would have been a kick to appear in the documentary, but, alas, with the war in the Ukraine, my heart wasn’t into traveling. I’m praying that conflict ends soon.
Will miss him. Hope he will do more projects.
